Admission is straightforward. For BBA and LLB programs, you will need a high school diploma or its equivalent. If you’re aiming for an MBA, MSc, or LLM, a bachelor’s degree is required, and for our advanced doctoral programs such as DBA, DSc, LLD, or Ed.D., you’ll need a master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Yes, in many cases we can recognize credits you have earned at other institutions, as well as prior learning or professional work experience. However, every case is evaluated individually based on program similarity and relevance. To get a personalized assessment, contact us at studies@fves.eu. Please note that credit recognition is never automatic and depends entirely on our academic evaluation.
Our study programs are intentionally flexible, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Typically, students complete a BBA or LLB in three years (180 credits), while MBA, MSc, and LLM degrees take around two years (120 credits). The same two-year timeline applies to DBA, DSc, LLD, and Ed.D. programs. This structure makes our degrees ideal for students balancing education with career or personal commitments.
After submitting your application, we will prepare and send you your study contract. Once your tuition payment (either full payment or its part) has been received in our account, we will give you access to your online study system so you can begin your studies immediately, depending on your chosen program.
Yes. Most programs — including BBA, MBA, MSc, DBA, DSc, and Ed.D. — have their own dedicated online study platform. For other fields, we offer a hybrid approach blending email guidance, and direct academic support.
We offer up to five tuition installments without any added interest. The last installment must be paid before your final thesis submission. Bank transfers can take up to five weeks to process, so we appreciate your patience. While there are no standard scholarships, exceptional cases may be considered on request — simply email us a motivation letter in PDF outlining your current situation and reasons for scholarship (studies@fves.eu). However, please note that there is no automatic right for scholarships.
International transfers often take time due to intermediary banking processes — in some cases up to five weeks. As soon as we receive your payment, our Studies Department will contact you with the next steps.
We do our best to organize a formal graduation ceremony each year; however, in special circumstances — such as health or travel restrictions — the event may not take place. Please email us to confirm upcoming dates.
Graduates receive an official Diploma (“Diplom”) in line with Czech higher education standards, along with a Diploma Supplement (“Dodatek k diplomu“), which serves as a transcript detailing the subjects completed, exams passed, and credits earned.
Credit Breakdown: BBA, LLB – 180 credits, MBA, MSc, LLM – 120 credits, DBA, DSc, LLD, Ed.D. – 120 credits.
Since our programs are delivered fully online, there is no need for student visas, and we do not provide visa support. Students can complete their studies from anywhere in the world.
We allow program transfers only between MBA and MSc, or between DBA and DSc. Other program changes are not possible due to major differences in academic structure.
We value student input and take all complaints seriously. You can send your feedback or concerns to studies@fves.eu or use our anonymous online form.
